About our President
The person behind HR Remarkable Talent:
Katherine Diaz
President/Founder
Katherine Díaz, president of HR Remarkable Talent, is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, and a Master's in Educational Leadership. She is an active member of the Human Resources Association, SHRM chapter of Puerto Rico.
Our founder has more than 25 years of experience in a multinational private company, collaborating with the opening of new businesses in different countries, organization, and administration of human resources in all its areas, including the definition of objectives and strategic business framework
from the vision and perspective of Human Resources.
She actively collaborates with social responsibility initiatives—Launched Nielsen's Social Responsibility program in Latin American countries. It consists of supporting the company in generating a culture of volunteering and having a social impact in Latin American countries focused on employee skills and opportunities for different communities.
She has collaborated with non-profit organizations such as Red Cross, Boy & Girls Scout, WFP, Acción Social, SHRM PR, among others.
